Call to Order: 7:05 PM
Last Month’s Minutes: Approved as read
Treasurer’s Report: Balance is $61, 435.08
Chairman of the Board: No Report
Connie Mack: Public Safety will sponsor the 18 & under team for $700.00
Senior League: Has 3 teams- Sean Morrissey will manage and get more players.
Junior League: Has 6 teams of at least 13 players.
Major League: Has 10 teams.
Minor League: Has 11 teams with 13-14 players.
Fall League: No Report
T-Ball League: 2 refunds given. They have 5 teams at 14.
Tournament Director: 11 teams have entered to date. Next meeting will be May 20th.
Equipment Manager: Equipment ordered for the upcoming season is all in
Umpire Director: N/A
Special Committees: Berkley Days: The Sgt. Rick Penn Memorial Softball game between the Mom’s Club & Dads’ Club vs. City Council will be held on May 14th at 7:00 PM, Merchants #1.
* Steve Goedker will organize the Trash pick-up.

After the draft: only the contract fee will be refunded.
