2018 Georgia Association of Student Councils
State Service Project Award – “Sharing the Magic”
Fundraising for Bert’s Big Adventure
Introduction
The purpose of the GASC State Service Project Award is to help raise money to fund trips for children with chronic illnesses and their families through our support of Bert’s Big Adventure. This year, councils are encouraged to raise as much money as possible to provide families an experience of a lifetime. To make things even more exciting, this year’s state service project will be a competition. Awards will be given to the middle school and high school that raises the most money, and the middle and high school with the most creative fundraiser. All councils meeting the determined criteria in this application will receive recognition for their support and achievements.
