Alternative accommodation is available at the Durham Marriott Hotel (subject to availability), a ten minute walk from the conference venue. A special rate has been negotiated.

Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation, a refund will be paid subject to a £30 administration fee, this must be received in writing by Friday 1 February 2013. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after 4 February 2013, although substitutions will be accepted.
