Alternative accommodation is available at the Durham Marriott Hotel (subject to availability), a ten minute walk from the conference venue. A special rate has been negotiated.

If you wish to stay at the Marriott Hotel, there is an additional charge to the conference costs above of £40 per night for B&B.

Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of cancellation, a refund will be paid subject to a £30 administration fee, this must be received in writing by Friday 1 February 2013. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after 4 February 2013, although substitutions will be accepted.
