03 Auto-lifters arrested: 03 stolen motorcycles recovered.

With the arrest of 03 auto-lifters namely (1) Sunil @ Lamboo s/o Sh. Satpal r/o Village Kasandi, PS Sadar Gohana, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana, (2) Rahul Sharma @ Shalu s/o Sh. Dharam Pal Sharma r/o H. No. 1323, Pana Paposian, Narela, Delhi and (3) Manoj @ Sonu s/o Sh. Sukhbir Singh r/o Village Nahari, PS Kundli, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana. The staff of PS Narela has recovered 03 stolen motorcycles and solved 03 cases of M.V. Theft.

TEAM:-

A team consisting of Inspr. Abhinendra, SHO/ Narela, Inspr. Investigation Sh. Manoj Sharma, HC Satpal No. 106/OD, Const. Surender No. 1457/OD and Const. Jasbir No. 1555/OD under close supervision of Sh. Harpal Singh, ACP/ Alipur was constituted.

INCIDENT:-

On 31.12.2011 the vehicles checking was being done at different places in the jurisdiction of PS - Narela on the eve of New Year Celebration. The arrangement was being supervised by Inspr. Abhinendra, SHO/ Narela and Inspr. Investigation Sh. Manoj Sharma. At about 6.30 PM two motorcycle borne youth riding on M/Cycle No. DL-8S-NB-9117, were signalled to stop at A-5, Crossing Narela. On seeing the police, duo tried to flee leaving behind their motorcycle but were apprehended by the alert checking staff. On interrogation the nabbed duo were identified as Sunil @ Lamboo and Rahul Sharma @ Shalu above.

INVESTIGATION:-

During the course of investigation both the accused persons have disclosed that they had stolen theM/Cycle No.DL-8S-NB-9117 from pocket -3, Sector-A/9, Narela on the night intervening 28/29-12.201, which they were planning to sell in U.P. Both the accused further disclosed that they had also stolen two other motorcycles No. HR-06- K - 9778 and DL-8S-NC-3795 from Sector-A/9, Narela and Pana Mamurpur Narela respectively. On the instance of accused, M/Cycle No. HR-06 - K-9778 Hero Honda Splender was recovered from Shahid Bhagat Singh Park, Narela, Delhi. The other M/Cycle No. DL8S-NC-3795 was sold to one Sonu and the same was recovered from him. Sonu was also arrested.

HIGH RISK CRIMINAL ARRESTED.

Exhibiting brilliant investigation skills and professional competence, the outer district police comprising staff of PS Mangol Puri achieved a major success by arresting one High risk criminal namely Naresh @ Mental (age 26 yrs) s/o Narayan Singh r/o X-613, Mangolpuri Delhi, who was running absent after released from jail, apprehended and one country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE INCIDENT:-There was an information that one high risk criminal Naresh @ mental is running absent from his house w.e.f 31.5.2011. To apprehend this criminal a dedicated team was on work. To develop the information on 1.1.2012 Ct jitender Singh and Ct Narender were on patrolling duty in the area of X block Mangolpuri. In the mean time secret informer informed that Naresh @ Mental who has deadly weapon with him is present near DSIDC X Block Mangolpuri. On this police team swung into action and at about 0020 Hrs police team overpowered the Naresh @ Mental and one country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. In this regard, a case Vide FIR No. 3/12 U/S 25 A. Act was registered at P.S. Mangolpuri Delhi.

Team:-A dedicated team comprising of SI Jaspal Singh I/C PP Sanjay Gandhi, Ct. Jitender, and Ct. Narender, HC Niranjan and HC Om Parkash was constituted under the guidance of Insp. Gajender Singh, SHO/Mangol Puri and under overall supervision of Sh. K.P.S Malhotra, ACP/Rohini.

INTERROGATION:-After the arrest of accused he was interrogated at length. He is the BC of P.S. Mangol Puri. Accused Naresh @ Mental having 08 previous criminal involvements and a high risk criminal when he was in jail. Lastly he was arrested in 2006 in case FIR No. 38/06 U/S 302/34 IPC P.S. Mangol Puri Delhi. He remained in custody up to 11.5.2011. After releasing from jail he became underground. Interrogation revealed that recently he visited Mumbai to link with criminals of Mumbai. Presently he was residing in a rented room in the area of Sultanpuri. He has rivalry with some criminals and to take revenge from them he purchased the recovered fire arm from UP.

Further investigation is under progress to ascertain his involvements in other cases.

Profile of Accused:-Naresh @ Mental (age 26 yrs) s/o Narayan Singh r/o X-613, Mangolpuri Delhi is still unmarried. He never went to school. He has one brother and one sister. He has been involved in following criminal cases:-

SATTA RACKET BUSTED: 4 PERSONS ARRESTED: STAKE AMONUNT OF RUPEES 22450/- RECOVERED

INCIDENT/BRIEF FACTS:

With the arrest of (1) Irfan s/o Nabi Baksh r/o F-6/410, Sultan Puri, Delhi (age-22 years) 2. Mohd. Nabi s/o Bahidulla r/o H-104, Hari Enclave, Aman Vihar, Delhi (age-40 years) 3. Saddam s/o Late Md. Islalm r/o F-6/88, Sultan Puri, Delhi (age-20 years) 4. Khayamuddin s/o Bakshi Hamed Ansari r/o F-6/684, Sultan Puri, Delhi (age-42 years), Sultan Puri, Delhi PS Sultan Puri, Outer Distt. has busted a newly formed Satta Racket. Stake amount of Rupees 22450/- along with slips recovered. Accordingly case FIR No.04/12, u/s 12/9/55 G. Act, PS Sultan Puri, Delhi was registered in this regard.

TEAM/ INVESTIGATION:

SI Dhirender Singh, HC Rajesh, Ct. Bajrang Lal, Ct. Gulzar, Ct. Arun Kumar, Ct. Narender Kumar and Ct. Sonu,under the leadership of Insp Puran Pant (SHO Sultan Puri) was constituted under the supervision of Jasmeet Singh, IPS, ACP/Sultan Puri were deployed for collection of information and to crack any Satta Racket running in the area of PS Sultan puri, Delhi.

In this process on 3.01.12, at about 8:30 PM the team received some specific information through source that a group of 4-5 boys who are involved in Jantri Satta Racket are in the process of gambling through number game near F-6 Park, Sultan Puri, Delhi. The team swung into action and laid a trap. Four boys were found to be involved in organizing Satta. A decoy customer was sent and as singled by the decoy customer in a pre-decided manner, all four namely Irfan (Age 22 yrs.), Mohd. Nabi (age-40 yrs), Saddam (age-20 yrs) and Khayamuddin (age-42 yrs.) were apprehended. Cash amount of rupees 22450/- collected as stake money along with slips were recovered from their possession. Accordingly Case FIR No. 4/12 u/s 12/9/55 Gambling Act, PS Sultan Puri, Delhi was got registered and all four were arrested.

3.Saddam s/o Late Md. Islalm r/o F-6/88, Sultan Puri, Delhi (age-20 years). He studied up-to 5th standard. He is unmarried. His father is expired.

4.Khayamuddin s/o Bakshi Hamed Ansari r/o F-6/684, Sultan Puri, Delhi (age-42 years). He studied up-to 5th standard. He is married.

Counterfeit Indian Currency Racket busted.

Two persons arrested.

Counterfeit Indian Currency worth Rs. 91,000/- of Rs. 500/- denomination seized.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspector Jai Bhagwan and consisting of SI Karmvir Singh, ASI Harshvardhan, HC Upender, HC Dilbagh, HC Bhrampal, HC Karmavir, HC Nitin & Ct. Karmavir, under the supervision of ACP Bir Singh and overall supervision of Addl. DCP Sanjay Bhatia have busted a racket of counterfeit Indian currency. Two persons have been arrested. Counterfeit currency worth Rs. 91,000/- in denomination of Rs. 500/- has been recovered.

Information was received by HC Upender that on 01.01.2012 a person involved in a counterfeit currency racket would be coming near Sheela Cinema, Pahar Ganj, Delhi. On this information a trap was laid and a person identified as Nadim @ Salim S/o Zahir Alam R/o H.No. 1756, Hauz Suin walan Jama Majid Delhi- 6 was apprehended. Counterfeit Indian currency notes worth Rupees Eighty Thousand (80,000/-) in Rs. 500/- denomination were recovered from his possession. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered.

Nadim was subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that these currency notes were given to him by one person namely Mohd. Rahim @ Salman for further delivering the same to some other person. He had also disclosed that Mohd. Rahim @ Salman was previously arrested in 2009 in the area of PS Kamala Market in a fake currency case. The accused was produced in the court and taken on Police Remand. At the instance of accused Nadim @ Salim the other accused Mohd. Rahim @ Salman was arrested from the area of Pharganj and Counterfeit Indian currency notes worth Rupees Eleven Thousand (11,000/-) in Rs. 500/- denomination were recovered from his possession. The accused Mohd. Rahim @ Salman was taken on two days Police remand after producing in the court.

Mohd. Rahim @ Salman was subjected to intensive interrogation. Mohd. Rahim @ Salman has disclosed that he used to procure the counterfeit Indian currency notes from a person residing in Raksol, Bihar, situated near Nepal Border. He used to pay 60% of the face value of the counterfeit Indian currency note while procuring it and used to sell it for 70% of the face value in Delhi and some time also used it as genuine currency in the market. Mohd. Rahim @ Salman stated that Nadim @ Salim was working with him as a courier to supply Counterfeit Indian Currency Notes further. Both the accused person have been active in this crime for the last 3 to 4 years.

Seized counterfeit Indian currency notes have most of the security features of genuine currency notes and for a man on the street it would be difficult to find the difference on mere looking. The particulars of the arrested persons are as under:-Mohd. Rahim @ Salman (aged 28 years) s/o Amirudeen r/o H. No. 492, Mantola, Pharganj, Delhi,.He was earlier arrested in case FIR No. 113/09 u/s 489C/411/489B/34 IPC PS Kamla Market, Delhi.

RECOVERY

Counterfeit Indian Currency worth Rs. 91,000/- of Rs. 500/- denomination recovered.

ABDUCTION CUM MURDER FOR CARJACKING SOLVED

INTRODUCTION:

With the arrest of two accused persons namely Kitab Singh S/o Rati Ram R/o village Dunda Kheda, P.S. Chatari Duraya, P.O. Chatari, Distt. Bhuland Shehar, U.P. ( present address Room No. 50 R/o Sharda W/o Late Sh. Mam Chand ka Makan, Rasulpur Nawada, Noida Sec-62, U.P.) and Munesh Kumar S/o Gaj Raj Singh R/o village Nangala Hariya, PS Sikandra Rau P.O. Missi Sirajpur, Hathras, UP, South East Distt. Police has solved a sensational abduction cum Murder case of P.S. Badarpur.

INCIDENT AND TEAM:

On 30-12-2011 one Vipin Kumar S/o Ram Prakash R/o Village Nagla Jwahari, P.S. Merhachi, Distt. Etta, U.P. reported that he runs taxi Mahindra Xylo No. UP-16-AT-1068 in the name and style of M/S Unique Tourism Pvt. Ltd. His brother in Law Bhure Singh S/o Sadhu Singh works as a driver of the said taxi. On 24-12-2011 at around 9.00 PM Bhure Singh telephoned his owner that he is in Badarpur area and some one is forcibly trying to abduct him. There after there was no contact with Bhure Singh. When he checked the position of the above said vehicle through GPS he found that the taxi was located near P.S. Firozabad, U.P. He suspected that some one had abducted his driver Bhure Singh. On his complaint a case FIR No. 417/11 dated 30-12-2011 u/s 365 IPC was registered at police station Badarpur and investigation was taken up. In this regard, a team comprising of Inspr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, SHO/Badarpur, Inspr. Kamal Kishore No. D-1254, SI Mahender Singh, HC Ghanshyam, 135/S, HC Samarath Lal No. 315/SE, Ct. Premvir 2194/SE, Ct. Satender No. 1792/SE, Ct. Vikrant No. 3778/SE was constituted under the overall supervision of Sh. Bal Krishan Sharma, ACP/Sarita Vihar. After doing reccee of the route and painstaking efforts of the team, some information about the accused persons was developed and the team conducted raids on several hideouts in various parts of Delhi and UP especially in Bulandshehar, Gautam Budh Nagar and Firozabad Distt. and both the accused persons namely Kitab Singh and Munesh Kumar were arrested

INTERROGATION:

They were interrogated at length and after sustained interrogation, the accused persons disclosed that they live near Sahara Mall where they used to see rich and affluent gentry frequenting everyday in their Cars, expensively clad which they could not afford due to poverty but wanted to become rich over-night. For this they planned to rob expensive vehicle and sell it after preparing forged papers. Both the accused persons knew Bhure Singh, as Ms Manisha w/o Purushottam (sister of Bhure Singh) also resides in their village. On 24-12-11 accused persons approached driver Bhure Singh to go to Agra with vehicle No. UP-16T-1068, which is a new Model. On route to Agra, Bhure Singh smelled a rat and made a call to his owner Vipin when he was near Badarpur flyover about his apprehensions. At Ballabhgarh the accused persons stopped the taxi to get a punctured tyre repaired and also bought a bottle of Liquor. When they reached Sarai Noor ka Babba, Etah- Tundla Road ( near village Pachokra), the accused persons strangulated Bhure Singh who was in an inebirated state, with his Muffler and dumped his dead body 60 Kilo Metres away from there in Hazara Nehar /canal. The team of P. S. Badarpur tried searching for the dead body and from local enquiry it was gathered that some people had spotted the body of the victim in the canal Vigorous efforts were made to recover the body from the canal which is infested with crocodiles. Later, the dead body of Sh. Bhure Singh was recovered by the Jaffran police in District Ferozabad (U.P), and has been identified by his family members. On the instance of both the accused persons robbed Nokia 1616 mobile of the deceased and Xylo vehicle have been recovered. The muffler of the deceased with which he was strangulated has also been recovered .

RECOVERY:

At the instance of the accused persons the following recovery has been made:-

Mobile phone of the deceased, vehicle No. UP-16-AT-1068, which was driven by the deceased and the Muffler with which the deceased was strangulated.

SECURITY GUARD INVOLVED IN THEFT AT RESTAURANT IN HAUZ KHAS VILLAGE ARRESTED AND STOLEN CASH RS. 1,42,845/- RECOVERED

Staff of PS S.J. Enclave, South District arrested one security guard namely Sohan Singh(42 years) s/o late Charan Singh r/o 109, Village Mohammadpur, New Delhi who had committed theft at M/s TLR, the Living Room, located at 31 (2nd floor), Village Hauz Khas, New Delhi and had stolen cash Rs. 1,76,123/-.

BRIEF FACTS :

On 04/01/12,Sh. Pooran Chand Joshi s/o S. D. Joshi r/o A-141, Raju Park, Khanpur-Devali Road, New Delhi, working as Manager in the restaurant M/s TLR (the Living Room) located at 31 (2nd floor), Hauz Khas Village visited PS S.J. Enclave and reported that when he visited the restaurant, he found that front door of the restaurant was intact but the glass of terrace was broken and sale of the day i.e. an amount of Rs. 1,76,123/- had been stolen. After verifying the fact, a case vide FIR No. 05/12 dated 04/1/12 u/s 380/457IPC PS S.J. Enclave was registered and investigation taken up.

INVESTIGATION :

A team comprising W/SI Kamlesh Meena, SI D.V. Singh, HC Trilok Singh1731/SD, Ct. Kishan Pal 1166/SD and Ct. Sombir 1097/SD under the supervision of Inspr. Surinder Dahiyato apprehend the accused persons and recovery of stolen cash. During the course of investigation, since involvement of some restaurant staff was established, enquiries were made from the staff of restaurant.During close examination of employees of restaurant, appearance and behaviour of one security guard namely Sohan Singh was found suspicious. On sustained interrogation, he broke down and confessed his involvement in the theft. At his instance, stolen cash Rs. 1,42,845/- was recovered from his house at 109, Mohammadpur Village.
