Why register early? This is a non-profit project. Approximately mid-October to mid-February up to 40 aircraft seats will be reserved at a very favourable group rate. If you think that this is how you would like to visit Cuba, register NOW. We will put you on a list for booking once flight schedule, costs and land program are confirmed. A deposit will be required at that time to complete your booking. Once all reserved seats are booked, Brigade cost will reflect any change in flight costs. Past experience has shown us that there are no disappointments. Travel insurance is required to enter Cuba and is available upon request.

  • In a volunteer setting some type of modified work can usually be found to suit most physical limitations. The experience of participation is a highlight of the Brigade and is always encouraged. However, an individual can request to be excused on any given day.

–Registration will not be effective until your booking has been completed.

–All other payments will be made according to payment schedule.

–Any extensions of your stay in Cuba will have to be arranged prior to departure.

–While in Cuba you are expected to be part of this brigade for the full duration of the programme. If you decide to separate, you will give up all the benefits of the programme and you will provide for all your needs at your own expenses.

–The organizers will not be responsible for any injury or accident that may occur to me or any loss of my property for the duration of the programme.

–You will be contacted by Brigade travel agent to make any bookings for the domestic flights and travel insurance that you might require.

–If at a later date any changes made with your registration are made with the travel agent (ex. Switching from double to single room), please inform the national coordinator (Alvand Mohtashami).
