What is an EFQM Licensed Advisor?

EFQM Licensed Advisors are experts in helping organisations to implement the EFQM Excellence Model.

They have a thorough understanding of the EFQM Excellence Model and can provide guidance and consultancy services to support your journey.

EFQM Licensed Advisors are listed on the EFQM website.

Becoming a Licensed Advisor

An EFQM Licensed Advisor must have, and maintain through attending regular training at EFQM, a proven working knowledge of the EFQM Excellence Model. This would include:

Acting as an Assessment Team Leader, Assessor or Validator in the EFQM Levels of Excellence recognition scheme.

Practical experience of producing submission documents for the EFQM Levels of Excellence.

Practical experience of implementing the EFQM Excellence Model within organisations.

We would expect a minimum of 3 references from previous clients that demonstrate they are satisfied with the knowledge and services provided by the applicant.

Retaining the Licence

The licensed will be reviewed annually to ensure:

Knowledge of EFQM Excellence Model

Performance in providing consulting services to clients

The evidence we would expect to be provided by the EFQM Licensed Advisor prior to this review would be:

Relevant training being taken to ensure knowledge of the EFQM Excellence Model is up to date. N.B. This is especially important following the launch of a new version of the Model.

Testimonials from a minimum of 3 clients during the last 12 months to demonstrate they are satisfied with the knowledge and services provided.

Actions taken to actively engage clients with EFQM.

What do you get?

If your application is approved, you will:

Receive confirmation from EFQM and the EFQM Licensed Advisor logo

Be added to the list of Licensed Advisors on the EFQM website

These points can be exchanged for EFQM Products & Services that can be used by you, your colleague or clients.

Points earned are valid until the end of the next calendar year.

Please note:

To claim your reward points, we need confirmation from the organisation of your contribution.

For “Delivery of EFQM Licensed Training” (J2E or L4E), we will calculate this based on the number of certificates issued under your training licence.

To “use your points”, please contact a member of EFQM first (do not book through the webshop without contacting us as you’ll get invoiced).

The “exchange rate” is subject to review. Please contact us when you want to book a course to check the latest rates.
