Staffing changes – Randy Halpape – acting principal CHSS, Sherry stepping back from E8, running office on 3 admin, teachers sem 2 – Tara Cote, Rebecca Lund, Scott Walton, CUPE – finally complete staff

Valedictory – Dry Grad - Parent Sponsored Prom

Provincial exam results are in, making adjustments to programs, in progress of checking with Alt Ed teachers & DE programs for 2/3 successful complete – list will go up just before Easter – other factors – GTP complete, fees paid

Valedictory – May 22nd – CN Centre – 2300 seats, each grad 6 tickets, selling 3 until April 17th, remainder April 20, reception at CN Centre – cake & juice – no school dance – Grad running in deficit – not sustainable – likely move to Civic Centre 2016, Dry Grad May 22nd , Parent Sponsored Prom – June 6th, tickets sold each week – often Fridays $60

Yearbook $41 – only order exact number – on sale until March 14th

CWG – 5 athletes – send off

Geared us up for the games, Joel Ewert wheel chair basketball, Dawson Ellery snowboarding, Bobby Kreitz biathalon, Justin Almeida & Dorrin Luding – hockey, gold medal design by Jennifer Pighin, Cynthia on site at PGSS – 2 dances for athletes, meetings, Symphony & Choir – thank you

Student Recognition - $5000 supplies order 3 years

Athletics – BB done, Sr Boys City Champions, Zone play offs & Provincials – Most Sportsmanlike team & 14th place finish, Wrestle Prov – female 4th place finish – off to Nationals, Gymnastics Prov, Grade 8 BB started, Girls Soccer started

LIF for sem 2 – Academic at risk 8/9, H Chase

School Org/Staffing 2015-16 – working through process, time table, School Org April 8th, enrollment 1050, online transfer 40 applications – moving through – most accepted except late entry Montessori & LSC program – mass registration March 23rd, staffing coming together, hoping no layoffs, likely covered by LD & retirement both CUPE & Teachers
