USING MEET MANAGER TO NOMINATE TO TRACK & FIELD & CROSS COUNTRY

NOMINATION FILE FOR MEET MANAGER:

A back-up file of the Regional Trialwill be emailed to sport coordinators and district secretaries (eg TfmmBkup 2015 SWSS 10 – 19 Cross Country-01).
This file will be emailed early in term 2 for cross country and term 3 for T&F.
Save this file to your computer.
YOU CANNOT OPEN THIS FILE AT THIS STAGE TO READ IT!

NOMINATING USING MEET MANAGER:

Open your Meet Manager program.
Go to ‘File’.
Go to ‘Restore’ and restore the backup file you saved.
Check to ensure that your school/district team name is in the ‘Team’ list [see below for team names in Meet Manager]. If your school/district is not in the list you will need to add them before entering any nominations.
To enter athletes in the regional meet either:
Advance athletes from your school/district meet or
Manually enter your athlete’s details into the meet, including date of birth. FOR 100m, 200m & 400m EVENTS YOU MUST ENTER THE STUDENTS TIME FROM THEIR SCHOOL/DISTRICT CARNIVAL. IF NO TIME IS ENTERED THEN STUDENTS WILL BE SEEDED INTO THE SLOWEST HEAT/FINAL FOR THESE EVENTS.
No times are required for cross country events or longer T&F events.
To create a file to send back to me, go to File, Export, Entries for Meet Manager Merge of same meet.
Please do not send me a backup of the meet.
