1. Introduction

Training Plan is intended to provide a generic guideline for client and user training activities. There has been a strong collaboration with “Women at Work” and the software engineering team right from the inception of the project to this date, hence client is familiar with the system. Further with the help of user manual and this document administrators of the system can comfortably configure and maintain the system.

B.  Measure of Success

Following outcomes are expected from the users after the training sessions:

·  The client can register through “Women at Work” website using online registration form.

·  The client can provide feedback through “Women at Work” website using online feedback form.

·  The client can use the blogging functionality of the Word press

·  The client can use onsite check-in system using internal website.

·  The client can generate reports using the internal website

C.  Training of Others

The main goal of these training sessions is to make the client familiar with the website and check-in and reporting system. Training of other members of the “Women at work” client will be done by Cecilia Avila. Though the software engineering team will not be available 24/7 after deployment the team will make sure that we have admirable turnaround time in case there are any issues. The client can contact Project Manager anytime for assistance.

3. Tutorial and Sample Data

The team of developers have developed a user manual in order to provide assistance to the client. The user manual covers all the use cases and will help the client perform the activities requested in Win conditions. Since there was a tight collaboration client is fully aware of the functionality and configuration, User manual acts as addendum to the existing knowledge base.

4. Training Feedback

Pre – CCD and during CCD feedback was collected, client was able to use the system with minimal or no intervention from the developers. The feedback we got from customer is “Easy to navigate, and all suggestions were given excellent consideration. The ability to use mobile application is very much appreciated. A very excellent job!” All the minor changes in requirement is accommodated in the latest package.
