TUCKSHOP HOURS
The tuckshop is open for hot food pre-orders during first break (main lunch meal) on the following days:
Tuesday: Prep & 2/1
Wednesday: 3/2 & 4/3
Thursday: 5/4 & 6/5
Break time are: First break - 10:45am to 11:30am and Second break – 1:30pm to 2:00pm. Over the counter sales are available to year 1 to 6 during 1st and 2nd break on both days. Prep students must pre-order all items via Flexischools.
FLEXISCHOOLS
Seven Hills P&C tuckshop operates via the Flexischools online ordering system. This system allows parents, students and staff to place orders from home, work or school at any time. The payment is completed online, so less paper bags, cash, and envelopes are sent via your child(ren) to school. As well as being convenient for parents, the online orders are much faster and easier for the tuckshop staff and volunteers to process - so it makes everyone’s life a little easier. FlexiSchools is well established and tested, operating in hundreds of schools across Australia.
There are a variety of payment options supported, including Visa, Mastercard (credit and debit), Bank Transfer and Payclick. The system operates via a pre-paid account, so you don’t need to scrounge for coins in the morning. Get the kids involved… help them budget for their tuckshop spending throughout the term.
How to order online:
- Go to or download the app
- Click register
- Register your details (you only have to do this once)
Regular Ordering
- Once on the ordering site – log in OR just click on the app
- Choose your menu items and quantities
- Complete the order and pay online
(Paper bags are free with online orders)
Over the counter sales of cold treats, drinks and some snacks using cash will still be available to years 1 – 6 during first and second breaks. Prep students must order all items via the flexischools system.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers are always welcome & are absolutely critical to the success & price management of our tuckshop service. Helpers usually assist from 9:00-11:30am, though are welcome to stay longer. There are lots of ways to assist including; food prep, baking & serving. It’s easy, fun, & a good way to meet other parents & stay connected to our school community. By helping in the tuckshop you are helping the school community, including teachers and students as funds raised through the tuckshop service are invested into resources for their use!!
