Review

The last Chongqing International Wine and Liquor Exposition was successfully held in Chongqing Exhibition Center in December 2012, having attracted 368renowned enterprises from such countries and regions as France, Australia, Spain, Moldova, Italy, Portugal, Chile, Argentina and South Africa. The exhibition area reached 10000 m2. According to statistics, there were 21693 professional visitors and 1352 foreign exhibitors present at the Exposition; over 1710 agreements of orders were concluded, with the transaction volume reaching over CNY 65 million. The Exposition was highly praised by the government organs as well as relevant trade associations; it was recognized by the exhibitors and purchasers as a grand international trade fair. Now, the Exposition has been an international transaction platform with the largest scale and highest recognition in western China; in addition to its largest exhibition scale and highest international recognition, it also hadthe most specialized visitorsand the greatest influence; and thus it is the first choice of both foreign and domestic manufacturers and merchants among expositions.

Exhibition Procedures
1. Exhibitors shall complete the Application Form with their official seals stamped, and then fax or mail Form to the organizing committee. Relevant exhibition fee should be remitted to the designated account of the organizing committee within 5 days after the registration, so as to reserve the booth;or otherwise, the booth will not be reserved for use.
2. Booth and advertising are arranged by the Organizing Committee, while co-organizers enjoy the priority. For designation ofbooths, additional cost of 30% will be added.
3. Exhibitors shall fax or send copies of the bank money orders to the organizing committee for verification after the fees for exhibition are remitted; invoices will be issued bythe financial unit of the exhibition center or be sent to such exhibitors as requested.
4. As for arrangements of conference reception, exhibit transport and accommodations, the Initiation Notice and Exhibitor Manual will be mailed out 30 days prior to the exposition.
