Membership fees. There has been no increase in membership fees since 2007/2008, it was proposed to increase the fees by £5.00, from £20.00 to £25.00 per annum, this would take effect from 2017/2018. There were no objections to this from those present.

Entry fees for Area Competitions.Discussion regarding who should pay or contribute towards the entry fees for the competitions. FFRC pay the prelim and championship entries for area teams, but not the stabling or fuel. It was proposed that FFRC should pay something but not all, FFRC will pay prelim and Championship entry fees but the competitors should pay for fuel and stabling. It was also reiterated that Vets Certificates are not accepted for BR Clubs. Some of the proceeds from fundraising could be used to subsidise the teams.
