The Business Development Associate will create, build, and maintainpositive partner relationships and referral sources. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific partners and delivering information to partners in a highly professional manner.

Essential Functions

  • Provide education and outreach to potential and established partners about Fieldview Healthcare, Inc.’s services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with established partners.
  • Establish referral sources in the local community to drive new traffic to established business operations.
  • Track and report on the status of all partner visits, especially as it relates to business growth and development or if visit requires follow up from self or other team members.
  • Document all outreach activities utilizing CRM designed to capture partner and referral streams.
  • Communicate back to internal groups the outcome of the partner visits and ongoing relationships and if follow up is needed from a specific member or members.
  • Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with various parties to anticipate and solve potential problems. Participate in site visits as needed.
  • Support other business development team members and generate ideas to improve business development and outreach.
  • Assist in formulating consistent and standard proposals in conjunction with team members and various functional groups to grow business.
  • Assist other business development associates in developing project plans, defining roles and responsibilities and the scope of work for each project with input from project leaders, management staff, and Executive Director.
  • Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline or associate’s degree and related experience is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in industry business development and/or research and development arena.
  • A background in sales is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in the substance abuse field is a plus.
