TURBOs training in Estonia, September 13-17, 2017

Estonian mentors prepared the training program for five days. Training activities started in Tallinn with expression of expectations, agenda of work with turbos and discussion what is going to be the main benefits for all, what obstacles, goals and gaining of the work can be.

On the second day project team discussed the working plan and samples of BoB and how to make them. Project team visited NelijärvePuhkekeskus (Nelijärve Holiday centre), one of project turbo's place. Owner ReetPurre introduced the centre to the project team and invited for a short tour around. There are 3 generations involved in the business and all met with project team and expressed interest to be part of project and to work on Book of Business.

The third day was devoted to the main structure of BoB, business concept and the vision. Participants discussed how to make videos. On the afternoon project team visited NelijärvePuhkekeskus office in Tallinn and had a meeting with staff. Project coordinator HansinaB Einarsdóttir presented project in details. Contact person in the project AndeiaKeäry explained the structure of business and discussed with project team how to work on BoB.

Estonian mentors organised walking tour in the Old Town for foreign guests from Iceland and Poland in the evening.

Next day project team discussed swot analyses of Estonian turbos, their perspectives and opportunities, how can we improve business with BoB as a working tool. Project team also discussed Erasmus+ project application and its implementation. Team visited Estonian National Theatre “ESTONIA”, balee “Bayadere”, in the evening.

The last day was devoted to the overview of the work with BoB and to the next steps of the project. Turbos were invited to take part in the multipliers event in August 27-28, 2018 in NelijärvePuhkekeskus in Estonia.

All five days the A&R team analysed training and implementation of the project to ensure the quality of the project.
