  1. Tender Forms with Terms & Conditions can be had from the Mills office on any working day from 26.05.2017 on wards during the office working day or can be downloaded for mills website: for group A to D and Pb. govt. website e-tender.punjabgovt.govt.in for group-E.
  2. Last date for submission of tender is 15.06.2017 upto 11-30 A.M . for Items of Group-‘A’ 16.06.2017 upto 11.30 A.M. for items of Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ which will be opened on the same day after 12.30 PM. Auction of scrap group ‘D’ will be held on 28.06.2017 after 2-00 PM . However earnest money to participation in auction will be accepted upto 1.30 PM. on 28.06.2017.   3. E E-tender for sale of molasses 32000 qtls.

The detail of NIT has been uploaded on website: e-tender punjabgovt.govt.in which may be downloaded and submitted upto 05.06.2017 at 5.00 PM. and same will be opened on 06.06.2017 at 3.00 PM. For participation in e-tender the bidders shall have to registered themselves with website e-tender Punjabgovt.govt. For user ID Passward class-3 Digital signature is mandatory . 4Negotiations if required will be held with lowest quotee for group A & B and with highest quotee for Group ‘C’ & D. The earnest money required for auction of scrap would be accepted upto 1-30 PM.

5In case tender could not be opened due to holiday or anyother reason, same will be opened on next working day at the same time.

6The corrigendum/ Addendum/ change if any will be uploaded on Mill/Govt,website as the case may be & further tender may not published.

7Undersigned reserves the right to reject/accept or postpone any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
