BOOKING A HOTEL ROOM
INSTRUCTIONS: Fill in the enclosed form for booking a room. If you wish to make a reservation for a double or twin bed room, you must add the name of the other person. Reservations for double or twin rooms for one person shall not be accepted! The form must be sent via e-mail to the address of the chosen hotel no later than 31 July 2007.
CHOOSING A HOTEL: We would like to ask you to book a hotel room as soon as possible. Mark your choices according to priority form one (1 – first choice) to three (3 – last choice). Booking service in the chosen hotel will try to provide the type of room you marked on the form. In the event that is not possible, the booking service will reserve a room in the hotel you specified in your next choice. The confirmation of reservation will be sent to you by the hotel booking service no later than in four (4) business days. After 31 July 2007 we cannot guarantee rooms will be available in the chosen hotels.
