The AQUA ACES SWIM TEAM invites you to participate in the Mark V. Brown Summer Spectacular Swim Meet on July 10 and 11, 2004

Course: 8 to 10 Lanes: 25 Yards
Times & Procedures: Saturday: Warm-up: 7:15 8:15 a.m. Meet Starts at 8:30 a.m.
Sunday: Warm-up: 7:15 8:15 a.m. Meet Starts at 8:30 a.m.
Master Check In: This will be a cardless meet. Swimmers must check in at Master CheckIn (clerk of course) at least 60 minutes prior to the estimated start of their first event or 45 minutes before the start of the meet.
Rules:
1. 2004 US Swimming rules will be followed
2. Swimmers must compete in their own age group. Age on July 10, 2004 determines the age group for the swimmer.
3. One (1) false start will disqualify the swimmer from the event upon starter's discretion.
4. For sending purposes, please submit best yard times swum. Please enter NT (no time) if swimmer has not achieved a time from an earlier meet or a watch time from practice.
5. Swimmers may enter the following maximum number of events: Saturday: Swimmers may enter three (3) individual events plus one (1) relay. Sunday: Swimmers may enter three (3) individual events plus one (1) relay.
6. Relays will be mixed and must consist of both boys and girls. According to KSC rules, mixed relay teams must not be comprised of more than 2 boys. Two swimmers may be moved up one age group to compete in a relay.

Entries must be received no later than Saturday, July 3, 2004.
Late entries will be considered on a case by case basis.
Entry Fee: $2.00 per event $5.00 per relay. Teams will be billed.
Awards: Individual events and relays Medals will be awarded 1st through 3 place and ribbons will be awarded 4 th through 9th.
Individual high point High point awards will be awarded to boys and girls winners in the following age groups: 6 & under, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 1518.
Team high point Team trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
Scoring: Some age groups have been combined in order to improve competition. Individual age groups will be scored and awarded separately; however, individual events will be scored as follows: 754321.
Relay events will be scored as follows: 14108642.
