The American Revolution: Presented!

Following the finale battle between the French and the English for North American supremacy, the English took over and tried to recover from an immense debt crisis. The war had been costly. The French citizens in New France were not easy to contain.

In Europe the Enlightenment was in full swing and writers were producing a plethora of philosophy that was aimed at breaking down traditional norms. These ideas made their way overseas and, combined with a number of issues such as taxes, ignited the Revolution in the original 13 colonies. The people living in the 13 colonies needed change.
