THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN FOR RIMINI HORECA EXPO IS UNDER WAY

The advertising and media relations campaign entrusted to Barabino & Partners at national level and Nuova Comunicazione Associati for the regional area.

The Relè-Tassinari/Vetta agencies created the publicity campaign

Rimini, 2nd September 2013- Putting itself at the service of client companies of RHEX - Rimini Horeca Expo – offering them a high profile and a new public.With this aim, Rimini Fiera has launched a widespread advertising campaign in the media to give a strong sign of support for the reference markets of RHEX (Rimini Fiera 2-5 February 2014), the expo organized for the first time last year, based on the strengthened combined experience of the SIA Guest and Sapore expos and dedicated to the Hotel-Restaurant-Catering (HoReCa) sector.

The campaign, featured in the major specialist media, with the involvement of the largest publishing groups (including Mondadori, Il Sole 24 Ore, BE-MA Editrice, DDA, Edifis, TTG and Tecniche Nuove), will also have the support of the key media of the most authoritative trade associations (from EHMA to Federalberghi, FIPE and Italgrob, just to mention a few) and a fine-tuned social media campaign that will ensure indispensable viral support.

Confirmed as partners ensuring a high profile for RHEX2014 are Barabino & Partners, entrusted with national media relations and ATL (above the line) advertising planning strategy, Nuova Comunicazione Associati for regional media relations and the Relè-Tassinari/Vetta agencies, responsible for the creative content.

For RHEX2014, Leonardo Sonnoli, internationally famous designer and art director with Relè-Tassinari/Vetta, created an advertising campaign divided into six types of press and Web announcements, from the first (generalist) one, focussed on the identity of the expo, to the five sectorial ones, which go into the details of the contents, featuring the use of headlines which, alongside minimal still life photographs, play on irony and casualness.

From “All the goodness of catering, all the beauty of hospitality” featured in the institutional ad, they go to “A dive into good waters” with the image of a fish tails for the seafood sector; from “Thirst for innovation” with an upside-down glass of beer for the beverage, to “The best of below-zero” with an ice cube identifying the frozen food world, and “Every idea has its flavour” combined with some food that is symbolic of Italian-made produce, such as olives, chilli, tortellini and raw ham for the food service/catering sector, to “Your spaces in the best shape” with repeated series of lamps, armchairs and seats representing the world of design and contract for venues dedicated to hospitality.
