Once again it’s that time of year and CBOA is kicking off our membership drive for the fiscal year 2016-17. Please clearly fill out your information on the application form and mail your application along with your payment to the address listed below. You will receive an e-mail receipt for your records once your application is received and processed. This e-mail receipt will also ensure that you will receive the monthly newsletter and educational registrations in the future. Those members with a “Life” status although no payment is required please remember to mail in your application to be processed.
