Press ARD/BK to dial out the selected number.
Press CHECK, and then press DOWN or UP to select the number that is desired to delete, press DEL twice to delete it. If keep pressing DEL for more than 3 seconds, all the record will be deleted.
USING AS A CALLER ID PHONE
- CALLER ID SERVICE
Caller ID service allows the caller’s phone number to be displayed on LCD before you answer the call.
If the call is made through a telephone company, which does not offer caller ID service including long distance and international calls. OUTSIDE will be display, which means the call is out of range.
For private reason many states prevent the telephone number from being displayed on the phone. SO if the call was blocked, PRI will be display, which means the caller number is private.
If an error data is received, ERR will be display, which means the number is error.
- REVIEW THE INCOMING CALLS
Press UP or DOWN to review the incoming calls with date, time and
phone number.
When there is a new call which isn’t be read, NEW will be display.
When there are two new call (same number), REP will be display.
- DELETE THE INCOMING CALLS
There are total 80 items incoming calls. If there is a new call coming after these 80 calls, the oldest incoming call data will be replaced automatically.
To delete one unwanted data:
INSTALLATION
- The telephone requires three AAA-1.5V batteries. Open the battery cover and insert batteries in the right polarity, then close the cover.
- Insert the modular plug of the coiled cord into the jack of the handset
and into the jack at the bottom of the telephone base.
- Insert the modular plug of the telephone straight-line cord into the jack
at the bottom of the telephone base.
SET
- PULSE/TONE SWITCH
Adjustment switch for PULSE or TONE made according to the requirements of PBX in the world.
- SPEAKER VOLUME HI/LO CONTROL
Slide the speaker receiving volume switch to HI or LOW position.
- RINGER HI/LO CONTROL
Slide the ringer volume switch to HI or LOW position.
- SET BUTTON
SET DATE AND TIME
Press SET once to set the date and time, press the digit key to set month /day/AM/PM/hour/minute (Enter AM with * and PM with #).
SET AREA CODE
If your country doesn’t give the area code for different area, please skip this section.
If your country gives different area code for different area, you need key in your area code firstly.
If you have set the area code, the incoming calls will be filtered automatically.
Press SET 3 times to set the area code, press UP to edit.
SET FLASH TIME
Press SET 5 times to set the flash time, press UP or DOWN to select time 600ms/300ms/100ms/80ms.
- CHECK BUTTON
Press CHECK to review the 24 items outgoing calls recently.
Press ARD/BK to dial out.
- ARD/BK BUTTON
In on-hook state: Key in the phone number or press UP or DOWN to
select the desired phone number, press ARD/BK to dial out.
In off-hook state: Press ARD/BK, it will redial 10s/time. When busy
tone is detected, it will repeat the redial until the line is connected.
For long distance call: review the incoming calls, and then press
ARD/BK twice if the number not headed with “0”, the phone will add “0” in the front of the number automatically.
- FLASH BUTTON
Press FLASH to reset. Dial another phone number. It can transfer to the third phone conversation while connecting with PBX.
- RD/P BUTTON
If the number you dialed is busy or you want to dial the last number recently, pick up the handset or press FLASH, and then press RD/P, the last dialed number will be dialed out automatically.
During dialing, press RD/P to pause.
- AUTO & STORE BUTTON (TWO-TOUCH MEMORY)
STORE: key in the desired phone number or while review incoming/outgoing calls, Press STORE twice, and then press any number (AUT 01~10) to store the number into the memory location.
Instance: store123456789 to AUT03:
Press 12345678+STORE+STORE+AUT03
DIAL OUT:
In off-hook state, press AUTO, and then press any key (AUT 01~10) to dial the number desired.
In on-hook state, press AUTO+AUT 01~10+ARD/BK.
Instance: redial 12345678 to AUT 03: press AUTO+AUT 03.
- CALCULATOR FUNCTION
If you want to calculate, press CAL to enter into the calculation state, press + , - , x , ÷to calculate , press DEL to delete the wrong digit.
OPERATION
MAKING A PHONE CALL
Pick up the handset or press , and then listen to a dial tone;
Dial the phone number desired.
When finished conversation, hang up the handset or press again to end.
OR:
In on-hook state, key in the number desired (press DEL to edit).
Press ARD/BK to dial the incoming or outgoing calls.
RECEIVING CALL
Pick up the handset or press to start the conversation when there is a ring.
Hang up the handset or press again to end.
TIMER
While in off-hook state, and start the conversation, press DEL to start timer.

In on-hook state, Press UP or DOWN select the number that want to
be deleted.
Press DEL twice, the data will be deleted.
Keep pressing DEL for more than 3 seconds, all of the calls will be deleted.
WARNING
The main causes of interference on telephone line and power supply mains (that may result in malfunctioning or damages to the product) are:
Accidental contacts with lines with higher voltage (short circuit).
Electromagnetic association with other conductors located nearby.
Sudden load variations, especially for power supply lines (electric motors, etc.).
Temporary interference caused by weather conditions (lightening).
Protections for telephones lines must be inserted not only on external, but also on extension lines outside the building or lines connected to devices that are powered from the mains (i.e. fax, modem, answering machine, cordless telephone, etc.).
The protection for power supply lines must be connected to the input of the product power line. The earth terminal of the protections must be connected to a working earth system to ensure the correct operation of the devices.
