Phase One. Prep-work for FTX before arrival at 1700hrs Friday.
Capt Wood- purchase groceries IAW Annex E
Lt Sun- p/u 4x4 truck from ASU Calgary before 1200hrs, Friday
- make pot of chilli
2Lt Morris- p/u 3-tonne truck from ASU Calgary before 1200hrs, Friday
2Lt Schultz- p/u radios from WestCan/Tac Mobility before 1800hrs, Thursday
- make pot of chilli
2Lt McKay-ensure all medical notification forms for personnel are complete
2Lt Bell- make pot of chilli
CV Dix- make pot of chilli
Phase One. Personnel will assemble at Mewata Armouries, load stores and kit on to transport, travel to Water Valley bivouac site, unload stores and kit from transport, erect tents and construct bivouac area, conduct briefing for Phase Two activities, and rest.
Capt Wood- ensure all vehicles are aware of RV’s and travel as a group
- conduct safety briefing upon arrival to training area
- supervise tasking at Checkpoint 1 (after bug out)
Lt Sun- conduct female kit checks
- drive emergency truck
- conduct O-Group for night activities
2Lt Morris- drive cube truck
- conduct male kit checks
- assist with unloading of personal kit and group stores
- set up POL point
2Lt Schultz- ensure all stores IAW Annex B are serviceable
- ensure all Detachment kit is counted
- supervise issue of personal kit to all cadets
- ensure all equipment is loaded onto vehicles for transportation
- supervise unloading of personal kit and group stores
2Lt Bell- supervise cadets on the bus
- assist with issue of personal kit
- supervise set up of HQ mod tent
- prepare mug up food
CV Dix- First Aid Officer
- keeper of the Book of Life
- assist with issue of personal kit
- supervise set up of bivouac area
Phase Two. All training will be conducted on Saturday 19 Mar and Sunday 20 Mar IAW Annex A.
Capt Wood- monitor Checkpoint D during long range M&C course
Lt Sun- supervise all activity IAW Annex A
2Lt Morris- monitor Checkpoint A during long range M&C course
2Lt Schultz-ensure all stores are secure in the field
- monitor Checkpoint B during long range M&C course
2Lt Bell- monitor Checkpoint C during long range M&C course
CV Dix- assist supervision of all activity IAW Annex A
Phase Three. Personnel will dismantle and secure bivouac site, load stores onto transport and prepare for departure.
