TO REGISTER USING PAPER FORM:

1.  Submit completed form and full payment for sites (check or credit card) plus credit card information or separate check to cover damage deposit listed in #2 at least 2 weeks prior to your camping date. Damage deposit checks are held and cards are not charged unless damage occurs. FAX form to 508-947-4771, email to mail with credit card or checks to address above.

Group Rentals: GSEMA reserves the right to reject any request from groups that do not meet our mission.

4. Cancellation or Postponement: Written notice of cancellation must be received 6 weeks prior to your date to receive a refund. Groups who want to postpone a reservation due to low enrollment and reschedule must give 4 weeks notice in order to transfer payment to a new date.

5. NOTE: SMOKING, ALCOHOL, PETS, DRUGS, AND WEAPONS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY GSEMA PROPERTY
