Example #1: Workplace learning for an individual
3 / Individualised workplace learning plan
Submit the individualised workplace learning plan or contract that you developed for the learner. Learning plan must include information about the learner’s learning style and reflect the specific characteristics and needs of the learner. It must show a safe, appropriate sequence of job tasks and activities to reflect incremental development. The learning plan must list learning goals, personnel involved in the learning (e.g. experienced co-workers who may be asked to act as a role model or guide; supervisors, clients, etc), resources needed and additional support needs for the learner if applicable. /

Submit a completed record of the learning process and results. In addition, submit other documents that show how the learning was implemented—e.g. email correspondence between you and the learner; your personal notes in preparation for each segment of the learning; resources used, etc. /
