Banner Advertisement Fund Raiser

The Lady Eagles Varsity and Junior Varsity Softball Teams are requesting your sponsorship and support. Your advertisement or donation will help us improve our facility and buy new equipment and uniforms. We can’t do it without your help!
We are selling advertising space on banners to be placed on the fence line on Holmberg Road surrounding Stoneman Douglas High School and you would be listed on the StonemanDouglasSoftball website. The fence banners will be approximately 4’ x 6’ and will advertise your business and/or service for one (1) year. The banners will have a maroon background and white lettering. It will show your support for the young ladies who love the sport of softball and who love representing their school and community.
The cost of the banner is $350.00. Renewals are $350.00.

You can attach a business card as an example of what you want on your banner.
NOTE: For fence banners, please be advised that approximately $100 of your contribution is for the design and printing of the banner. Intricate artwork and certain logos cannot be accepted or duplicated. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping these banners as simple as possible to save on the costs. It is suggested that banners include the business name, address (optional), phone number or web address, 5 - 7 words of cheer like “Go Lady Eagles” (optional), or other information requested.
NOTE: Sponsorships must be approved by the school and the Booster Club for compatibility and appropriateness. Once approved, your check will be deposited and the banner ordered. If you banner/sponsorship is not approved, you will have the option of receiving the check back or converting to a straight donation. Also, if your sponsorship is approved by the Douglas Softball website owner, your banner will be prominently placed on the Sponsor webpage:

The Douglas Lady Eagles Softball Booster Club is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Florida whose sole purpose is the support of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School softball Varsity and Junior Varsity teams. The Booster Club is not responsible for vandalism or damage related to weather should your banner be destroyed during your year’s subscription.
