Standard Terms & Conditions for Promotional Competitions
1. The promoter of this competition is Dainfern Square.
2. This competition starts on 01 November 2017 and closes on 30 November 2017. No late entries will be accepted.
3. The competition is open to all Johannesburg residents who are 18 years and older.
4. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Dainfern Square, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition may participate.
5. To enter this competition, Spend & Win a Cruise for Two, Spend R250 or more at Dainfern Square Shopping Centre then place your till slip, with your contact details on the back, into the entry boxes in centre.
6. By entering this competition (by submission of a response or otherwise), each entrant acknowledges that he/she has read the rules applicable to this competition (which can be found onwww.dainfernsquare.co.za, and agrees to be bound thereby. In particular, the entrant is reminded that all tips and other responses submitted in this competition becomes the property of Dainfern Square upon submission and may be used by Dainfern Square in advertising and/or promotional media (or for any other purpose).

8. Multiple entries are permitted but the prize will be limited to one per entrant.
9. The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
10. Entries which are unclear, illegible or contain errors will be declared invalid.
11. By participating you agree to receive marketing from time to time from Word4Word Marketing on behalf of Dainfern Square and its associates.
12. The prize:
A 4-night MSC Cruise for 2 to Mozambique [flights included] valued at approximately R24000
· Prize will consist of a 4-night Mozambican cruise on a specific departure date in February or March 2018 only (and will be advised to the winner once selected)
· Under no circumstances can any aspect of this holiday be transferred, amended, extended or exchanged for cash
· The cruise cannot be changed or amended in any way even at an additional cost
· The prize is only valid for the person as advised by Dainfern Square Management
· Accommodation is for 2 Adults in an inside cabin only
· Prize winner and travelling companion must be in possession of valid passports for the cruise
· Any visas needed, will be the responsibility of the prize winner and travelling companion

The prize includes:
A 2-sleeper inside cabin on board MSC Sinfonia
All meals and entertainment on board.
Tea, Coffee & Juice with breakfast and drinks available from the Self Service drink stations are included
Transfers to and from the airport to the port (on the day of embarkation and disembarkation only).
Flights between Johannesburg and Durban will be supplied by Dainfern Square Management.
The prize excludes:
All drinks not mentioned above
Optional Shore Excursions
All items of a personal nature
Personal transfers to and from personal residence to airport
Visa's (If needed)
13. The winner will be selected randomly at the end of the competition on 01 December 2017 and will be notified telephonically within 24 hours of the selection having taken place. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so on the mobile telephone number provided, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in substitution. The name of the prize winner will also be published on www.dainfernsquare.co.za after the competition has ended.
14. The judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winners must identify themselves by means of:
- An ID document
- or other acceptable identification means and confirm receipt of their prize, which identification and confirmation shall be to the satisfaction of the promoter. Any prize not taken up / collected for any reason within 30 days of the close of the competition will be forfeited.
