Navy Sweatshirt Order Form
This is a navy sweatshirt with the SFX Crest Patch on the left side. This shirt can be worn by all students in grades Pre-K 2 – 7. Shirts are available in sizes from Youth Extra Small to Adult XX-Large. Monogramming of students last name on the right side of the sweatshirts, polar fleece jackets and sweaters is required. The prices are as follows which includes tax and monogramming.
**Please note that the polar fleece jackets and sweaters are purchased through Schiro’s Uniform Store**
Youth Sizes: XS, S, M, & L = $32.00 Adult Sizes: S, M, L & XL = $34.00
Adult XX-Large = $36.00.
These shirts are ordered ONLY THROUGH THE SCHOOL. They will NOT be available through SFX school after the deadline unless 12 or more orders are received.
DEADLINE FOR ORDERING IS AUGUST 18, 2017.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the uniform sweatshirts, polar fleece jacket or sweaters are allowed on campus during school hours. Consult the Handbook.
