30th Annual Arts & Crafts on the Green

June 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2015

Location: Sparta Fest Grounds are locatedat Memorial Park, on the corner of Rusk Avenue and Montgomery Street, near highway 21.

Set Up/Selling Time:Thursday, June 11 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. large units 40 feet and over. All other units will set up Thursday June 11, 2 p.m.-8 p.m. and Friday, June 12from 8 a.m.- Noon. There will be NO Saturday set up. No one shall set up on the grass without checking with the show volunteers first. City Council mandates that no camping or booth set up can take place before Thursday, June 11th.

The selling times are Thursday, June 11 from 5-dusk (optional), Friday June 12 (Noon-Dusk), Saturday, June 13 (8:00AM-Dusk), Sunday June 14, (8:00AM-5:00PM). NOTE: Those with PRE-June 1st postmarks, with complete payment paperwork will have set up preference. Vendors after this time or with incomplete paperwork/payment will be set up on a first come basis,if space remains. City of Sparta mandates that no camping or booth set up can take place before Thursday, June 11, 2014, subject to the discretion of the City Council.

BOOTH SPACES:

Cost: $4.50 per foot (Early Bird registration) for the 4 days of Butterfest weekend, and must be post marked by March 31, 2015. April 1 thru May 30 the cost will be $5.00 per foot.

Size: Booths are 10 by 10 feet with no vehicles or trailers. (If we can accommodate your needs for trailers nearby we will do that). Booth is measured by the length of the tent/vehicle AND space necessary to park your vehicle (if necessary). You MUST include additional space to maneuver your vehicle into position upon arrival. Your neighbor’s booth may already be in place. Once your vehicle is in place, it will NOT be able to leave until closing on Sunday evening. If you must leave before closing, please talk to Garlynn, Briana, or Amber before June 11th.

Depth: Approximately 10 feet. If you need more than a 10 foot depth, it will be reflected in the pricing and cannot exceed 20 feet deep.

Minimum Size: The smallest selling space is 10 x 10 feet ($45.00Early Bird, $50 after March 31st). Individuals may have more than one canopy if desired. This is a non-refundable donation.

Tax: Tax to be collected is 5% State of Wiscosin and .5% Monroe County. Total tax collected is 5.5%.

Sparta Festivals Inc. will not allow the sale of guns, fireworks of any kind, crossbows, knives, paintballs and equipment, pornograph or obscene graphics (on t-shirts, etc.) drugs and other illegal substances. In addition, it has been requested that vendors not sell silly string, fart bombs and spray, marshmallow blowguns, counterfeit or unlicensed products on the festival grounds. Law enforcement will be checking the grounds frequently. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding on this matter.
