Pre-Meet Instructions

Step One – READ THESE DIRECTIONS FULLY

Step Two – Add your roster to the website. The first time you visit you will need to add your entire roster to the system.

Step Three – Every Meet has a separate online entry. Go to and navigate to the proper page to enter your athletes. Registration closes 2 hours before the start of the meet.

Step Four - Enter each athlete into any event you expect them to compete in with a seed time. Any athlete without a seed will be placed in the slowest sections.

Meet Day Instructions

Field Events – Field event flights will be seeded flights worst to best. There are no scratches – just have your athletes check the field heat sheets posted on the wall for their proper flight and listen for calls.

300m & 600m – These are the only events we will ask coaches to scratch athletes from. The events sheets will be posted on tables for coaches to scratch and sheets will remain there until the clerks want to seed the event.

All Other Individual Track Events – Simply check into the event when it is called. We will simply make heats large assuming there will be some scratches.

Relays – Relays will be asked to check in with the clerk when the event is called. We will take attendance and then seed the event to help eliminate empty lanes.

Pole Vault – Certification card will still be required. Vertical jump cards may be used for this purpose.

NO STICKERS – NO CARDS - VERY LITTLE SCRATCHING NEEDED
