SECTION 3: AUDIO-VISIUAL REQUIREMENTS

The technical workshopmarquee will be equipped with the following:

  • Projector (connected to our laptop)
  • Laptop (please note that you cannot use your own personal laptop)
  • Microphones (lectern and table top)
  • An AV technician will be available in each session

Speakers presenting MUST please bring a flash disk with their presentation as back-up in case any technical problems are experienced when loading the presentation laptops.

BASIC GUIDELINES

  • All technical workshop proceedings are allto be held and conducted in English, no translation services available.
  • Please complete all sections above – or request assistance from the conference producer

  • As the author you commit yourself to being present at the iPAD Rwanda Energy Infrastructure Forum taking place at the Kigali Serena Hotel, Rwanda from 1-2November 2016.
  • Speakers accept responsibility for their own travel, accommodation, onsite expenses and arrangements as well as incidental expenses. Our operations team can assist with arrangements on request.
  • Technical workshop presentations are 15-minutes in length with a 5-minute audience Q&A scheduled at the end of each session. *Presentation duration time may be subject to change
  • The speaker manual and PowerPoint template will be provided with all necessary information on deadline dates, travel, presentation uploadbefore and at the conference, registration and more
  • Please note this abstract is subject to approval by organising committee. We will notify you within a diligent timeframe for your preparations and arrangements.
