“Rock Your Summer” Contest

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ENTERING THE “ROCK YOUR SUMMER” CONTEST. BY SUMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL COMPLY WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN THOUGHOUT THE CONTEST. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. PRIZE PACKAGE WINNER AND COMPANION WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND ENTER INTO A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. For ticket purchasers, the Contest begins June 29, 2015 at 11:59pm (PDT) and ends July 31, 2015 at 11:59pm (PDT) (“Contest Period”). For Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”), the Contest begins June 29, 2015 and ends on July 21, 2015. Entry must be postmarked by July 21, 2015 and received by July 31, 2015. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Contest Organizer is;Global Spectrum Facility Management Ltd. doing business as Spectra Venue Management as agent for Encana Events Centre at the City of Dawson Creek,and sponsors Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd. and Rock 97.7. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Any Questions or comments regarding the promotion will be directed to the Organizer.

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of nineteen (19)by the Contest Opening Date. Employees of Spectra Venue Management/Encana Events Centre/City of Dawson Creek/Spectra Food Services & Hospitality/Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd, Rock 97.7and their immediate family members are not eligible. For purposes of this Contest, family members are defined as spouse, domestic partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, siblings and grandchildren.

2. How To Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY If you purchaseticket/s toevents postedon Encana Events Centre's website, will be automatically entered to win, or: Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter by mail, during the AMOE Period (June 29, 2015 to July 21, 2015), send a 3x5 piece of paper including your name, address, day/evening phone number, email address, and date of birth, and mail it to: Encana Events Centre ATTN: Rock Your Summer Contest, #1-300 Highway 2, Dawson Creek, BC, V1G 0A4. All mailed entries must be complete, legible, postmarked by July 21, 2015 and received by July 31, 2015. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All entries become the exclusive property of Global Spectrum Facility Management Ltd. doing business as Spectra Venue Management as agent for Encana Events Centre at the City of Dawson Creek, Organizer of said contest, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Organizer. Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries, which will be disqualified.

3. Prize

One (1) prize package shall be awarded. The prize package includes:

a)Two (2) tickets to The Who Hits 50 at Rogers Arena, September 29, 2015 in Vancouver, British Columbia

b)Round-trip air transportation on Hawk Air from the Dawson Creek Airport to Vancouver International airport for (2) people (the winner & a travelling companion). Winner is responsible to make his/her own way at his/her own expense, to Dawson Creek, the departure City.

c)2 Night stay at the River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver

Approximate value of Prize Package is over$4,000.

Prize is not negotiable, transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or kind, either in part or in full. There is no refund for a partially used Prize. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation is payable if a winner is unable to use Prize as stated. By accepting Prize, the winner signifies his/her agreement and consent to participate in and co-operate as required by the Organizer and Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd. with all reasonable media requests relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and having his/her name, photo and quotes published in any media. If the winner withdraws his/her consent, he/she will surrender the Prize to the Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd and Rock 97.7. For the avoidance of doubt, the consent may not be withdrawn after any part of the Prize is used by the winner. The prize will be awarded to the entrant named in the winning entry. The Organizer, Hawk AirAviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7may in its sole and absolute discretion deal with any unaccepted or unclaimed Prize as it deems fit. If the winner is deceased before the Prize is accepted, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd, and Rock 97.7concerning, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Contest, the award of the prize and any other matters relating to the Contest. No queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the Organizer’s, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd or Rock 97.7decision on the same. If entrant’s contact information changes anytime during the Contest period, the entrant must immediately notify the Organizer or his/her entry will be disqualified. By entering the Contest or accepting the Prize, the participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services, and Rock 97.7, and their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives against any and all losses, rights, claims, actions and damages (including special, indirect and consequential damages) arising from or incurred as a result of the participant’s entry into the Contest or acceptance of any Prize, including without limitation , personal injuries, death and property damage.

4. Additional Terms and Conditions for Prize Package

In the event that for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner does not claim the prize at the time stipulated by the Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7, the prize may be forfeited and disposed of in such manner and to such person at the Organizer’s , Hawk Air Aviation Service Ltd., and Rock 97.7’sdiscretion. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. The Prize Package winner must ensure that he/she and his/her travelling companion have valid travel documents for their travel. Both tickets must be used concurrently and for the same flights and sectors. If for any reason the Prize winner and/or the travelling companion are unable to travel to the selected destination on the dates booked (including if either or both of them fail to comply with any and all local entry or other legislative requirements), the Prize shall be invalidated without further liability to the Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd, or Rock 97.7, their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives. The tickets are not entitled to any Frequent Flyer Program mileage accrual, are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable, either in part or in full. The Price Package cannot be sold or bartered. Unless otherwise specified, the Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives shall not be responsible for and will not bear any of the expenses of the travel including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (including departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuity, service charges, travel insurance and all ancillary costs. The Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., Rock 97.7their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representativesshall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including, but not limited to, indirect, consequential loss including death) or costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion. In this regard, the Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7 recommends, that the Prize Package winner take out the appropriate insurance. The Organizer, City of Dawson Creek Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7 their parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives shall assume no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight or any other component of the package or of any other transportation that is part of the Prize Package for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions or equipment breakdown or failure. Each of, the Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., Rock 97.7 their directors, officers, employees and assignees, will not be held liable for any claim arising from the Prize Package. The prize package offered must be accepted as awarded and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or convertible into cash. This Contest is subject to federal, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and by-laws. The Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., and Rock 97.7, reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or postpone the Contest at any time, without prior notice, if any factor prevents the holding of the Contest pursuant to these Rules or in accordance with any law, regulation, by-law or policy of any entity having jurisdiction over the Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., or Rock 97.7. By entering the Contest, the Contestant acknowledges having read and understood these Rules and agrees to be bound by them and to comply with them. The Contestant declares that the Rules are understandable and reasonably available for consultation.

5. Drawing/Winner Selection/Notification

Prize Package Winner will be selected by Organizer in one random drawing held on the corresponding Drawing Date indicated above, from all eligible entries received for both Ticket Purchasers Contesting Period and Alternate Method of Entry Contesting Period. The first name drawn that represents a valid entry will be the potential winner. The potential winners will be notified by email, and/or telephone on August 4, 2015. Potential Winner will be required to answer a mathematical skill testing question, to be administered by Organizer, either by telephone or email before a prize may be awarded. If a potential winner cannot be located, does not properly claim the prize, and execute all necessary documents on or before 5:00pm (PDT) on August 6, 2015, or is otherwise disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining entries. The Prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Organizer or Hawk Air in its sole discretion. Any potential winner is subject to verification.

6. Winner Requirements

In order to be declared a winner, the selected Contestant must:

a)Produce official Identification

b)Answer a skill testing mathematical question

c)Winner & Companionwill be required to sign and return to Organizer, an Affidavit of Eligibility/release of liability within (24) hours of notification. The Affidavit of Eligibility will include an attestation as to residency and age. The Winner and, travel companion, will be required to execute a Waiver of Liability, Release and Indemnification within the time period specified by the Organizer attesting that he/she has met the eligibility requirements and that he/she releases and hold harmless, Organizer, City of Dawson Creek, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., Rock 97.7 and each of their respective affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, authorized dealers, successor companies or participating Promotional co-sponsors and/or advertising agencies, from and against any claims, damages, liability or injury arising from or relating to participating in the Contest, or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, property damage, pecuniary loss, loss of income, personal injury or death. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Organizer, Hawk Air Aviation Services Ltd., Rock 97.7 and their agents to use the Winner’s name and likeness for advertising, promotional, and other purposes without additional compensation, unless such use is prohibited by law. Prize Winner’s traveling companion must be at least nineteen (19) years old and will also be required to complete a Release and Affidavit.

d)In default of observing any of the conditions mentioned above or any other conditions stipulated in these Rules, the selected Contestant will be disqualified and the Prize that would have been awarded will be forfeited. Within the days following receipt of the duly completed Declaration Form, the Organizer of the Contest will contact the winner to inform him/her of how to claim the Prize.
