Friends of Dulwich College of Beijing Presents:

“A Touch of Africa”

The Friends of Dulwich College Beijing, the parent organization of the school, is preparing for our seventh Annual Fund Raising Dinner Dance on November 30, 2013 at the Airport Hilton Beijing. We are expecting 200 guests from the Dulwich community to attend our event. Over 1365 students attend Dulwich College Beijing, representing at least 40 different nationalities. This event presents a wonderful opportunity for you to promote your business or company within our international school community.

In order to raise funds, we are going to hold a raffle that all members of the Dulwich community can participate in before and on the night of the event. On the evening of November 30th, the raffles, silent auction and lucky draw will come to an end and ALL the money raised from the winning bids will be awarded to Morning Tears. In 2011, Friends of Dulwich College of Beijing donated funding to Morning Tears to build and furnish a family home for 8 children and their caregivers. The money raised at this year’s Dinner Dance will be used to cover a year of operating expenses for the children living in the home built by Friends of Dulwich in 2011.

Morning Tears, founded in 1999, is primarily dedicated to protecting and caring for children whose parents are imprisoned or children who are victims of abuse or neglect. These children are not entitled to government assistance since they are not orphans. Morning Tears provides “home-like” housing for the children as well as food, clothing, education, medical and psychological care.

德威之友作为北京德威国际学校家长的组织，现正筹备2013年11月30在北京机场希尔顿酒店举行第七届慈善筹款舞蹈晚宴。我们期待届时能有 200位来自我们德威社区的客人参加活动。北京德威国际学校有超过1365名学生，他们代表至少40个不同的国家。这一活动将给您为贵公司及业务的发展提供一个绝佳的机会。
