Job Description

Post:ROC Restore Office Administrator(part-time)

Office:FUSE, Warburton Lane, Partington, M31 4BU (3 days perweek)

Stockport (venue tbc) (2 days per week)

Purpose & Objectives: To use our unique multi-agency approach to address social needs. To support our ROC Restore restorative justice team and projects in office administration.

Main Tasks

In conjunction with the ROC team, to:

  1. Work with the ROC Restore team in carrying out general office administration tasks to allow the smooth running of the ROC Restore projects.
  1. Collate weekly performance report using data from Area Coordinators and report regularly to Project Partners including Statutory Agencies, Churches and Community Groups.
  1. Research suitable venues for various ROC Restore events and liaise with venue contact to book as required.
  1. Liaise with potential ROC Restore volunteers ahead of restorative justice training sessions.
  1. Design and produce a database to monitor national service delivery.
  1. Liaise with beneficiaries of the ROC Restore project to complete satisfaction surveys and collate results.
  1. Assist in the organisation of 6-weekly refresher meeting for area volunteer groups; book venues, liaise with volunteers and prepare the agenda.
  1. Attend and take minutes at fortnightly ROC Restore Team Meetings.
  1. Assist ROC Restore Team in the preparation of PowerPoints and workshops to partners.
  1. Assist in the preparation of data for and submission of funding applications.
  1. Utilise high level computer skills to restructure existing ROC Restore administration procedures as necessary.
  1. To become a trained restorative justice practitioner.
  1. To establish and maintain good relationships with staff and volunteers.

Physical Conditions:Office accommodation is in an open plan office.

Holiday entitlement:22 days per year pro rata, plus Bank Holidays

Terms and Conditions

Hours of Work:5 days per week

The normal hours of work will be 4 hours a day (20 hours per week); flexibility isrequired as it may be required for the post holder to work hours in evenings and weekendsto fulfil the requirement due to the nature of this post. Payment for overtime is not given but employees are entitled to time off in lieu by agreement.

Length of commitment:12 months fixed-term contact.

Salary:£ 15,000 p.a. pro rata
