Risk Management Policy of our Organisation

Weshall ensure that an effective KYC program is put in place by establishing appropriate procedures and ensuring effective implementation. Responsibility shall be explicitly allocated within the organization for ensuring that the policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Ongoing employee training program shall be held so that the members of the staff are adequately trained in KYC procedures.

We will collect cheques from our clients who have purchased shares on the same day itself.We will verify where the cheques given by the clients are from the same bank that has been mentioned in the KYC.If there is any discrepancy we will take additional details from the clients and update the KYC.

We will ensure that all the clients who have sold shares transfer the shares in our pool account on the trading day or latest by next day.We will verify that the shares have come from the clients Demat account that have been mentioned in the KYC. If there is any discrepancy we will take additional details from the clients and update the KYC.

We shall put in place proper systems for Client-wise and security-wise limits on exposure, open position, etc. for each and every client.

We will have adequate systems and checks in place for identifying debarred entities and to ensure that SEBI debarred entities are unable to trade

We will not indulge in fund based activities and should not be a party to any financing arrangements

We will ensure that funds are received from / paid to clients by way of crossed cheques / demand drafts or by way of direct credit into the bank account through EFT or any other modes allowed by RBI only. Precaution mentioned in policy regarding Pre-Funded Instruments should be taken care of.

We will not indulge in cash dealing with clients.

The Polices and procedures set out above are formed keeping in mind the spirit of the law, nature of our organization ,size and geographical spread of our business ,our customer profile and the nature of transactions done by them.
