Morning

(8:00 – 8:10)

  • Check clinic floor schedule for the day. Scan through bookings and communicate with front desk for any changes. (i.e. floaters, dispense, salon cord., student services, client bookings, redo’s)
  • Retrieve laptop from educator’s office and setup workstation.
  • Scan clinic floor and dispense for sanitation.
  • Attend teacher morning huddle and provide or collect any information regarding clinic floor.

(8:30 – 8:45)

  • Huddle with cosi clinic floor teachers if needed.
  • Make sure all teachers are in correct zones
  • Make sure teachers have students setting up stations and doing morning sanitations.
  • Connect with salon coordinator of the day
  • Connect with assigned dispense students
  • Have all students check their schedules of the day
  • Take attendance with zone educators and deliver to front desk by 8:45.
  • 8:45 all zones huddle (10 mins. max.)

(9:00-11:20)

  • Communicate with salon coordinator and front desk on making sure all guests are handled accordingly.
  • Overview teachers and make sure all guest services and education needs are being met.
  • Handle any disgruntled guests that are upset with their services, students, or educators.
  • Handle any disgruntled student situations that has escalated beyond their zone educator.
  • Make sure all educators have assignments for students who do not have guests. (see weekly strategy binder)
  • Overview all services on clinic floor.
  • Make sure educators are stepping in on any services when necessary.
  • Step in on any services when necessary (i.e. consultations, technical aspects,
  • Have salon coordinator connect with all educators about any schedule adjustments.
  • Check schedule constantly and make sure it correlates with clinic floor.
  • Take lunch no later than 11:30. Connect with all teachers and their zones and assign teachers lunch times in a rotation basis. (i.e 12:00,12:15,12:20)

Evening

(12:00-1:00)

  • Connect with all teachers and zones, making sure all services are running according to schedule
  • Have all teachers rotate lunch
  • Make any adjustments to schedule if needed
  • Overview all students running over lunch. If there are a number of students running over, hold a teacher from going to lunch until there is a better time.

(1:00-4:00)

  • Communicate with salon coordinator and front desk on making sure all guests are handled accordingly.
  • Overview teachers and make sure all guest services and education needs are being met.
  • Handle any disgruntled guests that are upset with their services, students, or educators.

(4:30-4:45)

  • Make sure all zones are doing their assigned evening sanitations
  • Have salon coordinator brings computer to educator’s office
  • Have all zones do their timesheets and grade sheets
  • Check schedule for next day and/or the week to prepare

(4:45-5:00)

  • Have teachers do an end of the day huddle if possible
  • Have all teachers check their zones as students clock out
  • Teachers cannot clock out for the day until their zones are cleared and sanitized
