Reserved car numbers are available for the upcoming race season by submitting this request form prior to the established deadline date of APRIL 30TH 2018. Reserved numbers are granted dependent on WHRRI Membership, the Car Class/Run Group and Prior history. If your requested number is available, it will be granted for the upcoming season. Prior ownership of a number for the previous season will be granted top priority, provided the requirements for number assignment are met. In a situation where two members are requesting the same number without prior ownership of the number in the preceding season, the senior member with the longest continued membership will be granted the number, provided the request is submitted prior to the deadline. Dead line date will be established for each season and published for membership awareness. You are requested to provide three choices of numbers in order to best serve the selection process. Nonmembers will not be granted a reserved number. COST FOR A RESERVED NUMBER IS $10.00 PER REQUESTED NUMBER PER CLASS/RUN GROUP. FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU RUN SM, STL, AND ITS COST IS $30 TO RESERVE YOUR NUMBER IN ALL 3 CLASSES. This fee is for one season and must be renewed each year to retain ownership. Questions concerning this process can be directed to the COMP BOARD Director. Number assignments will be published in MotorsportReg.Com prior to the start of the race season soon after the established dead line. A unique reserved number pool for WHRRI will be generated in there. Numbers should be placed on the car in accordance with the SCCA GCR.
