Recording Your Final Order
After receiving a copy of your Final Order in the mail, file the copy of your Final Order with the County Recorder’s Office.

Fees
Recording: fees are $10 for the 1st page and $8.50 for every page thereafter
Copy $1.00 per page
Certification $2.00 per document
Search Fee $2.00 per name per year
The County Recorder’s Office accepts cash, credit/debit card, or money order/cashier’s check. The Recorder’s Office does not accept personal checks
Documents submitted for recording by mail or in person without a self-addressed stamped envelope will not be processed.
Once the Respondent satisfies the judgment, either by paying the amount due the Petitioner per the Final Order or any other amount the Petitioner is willing to accept to satisfy the terms of the Final Order, the Petitioner is responsible for recording the Satisfaction of Judgment. The Petitioner is not responsible for recording a Satisfaction of Judgment for the City’s portion of assessed administrative fees.
