SN Nxumalo,is the founder andManaging Director of Izingodla Engineering (Pty) Ltd. S Nxumalo is a dynamic organizational builder with broad exposure to corporate practice, who has been involved in the Projects Clerk of Working at Capital Programme Department in Eskom, and worked as Network Planner at Network Services in Eskom. His extensive experiences are in Designing, Commissioning and Maintaining of Protection, Telecontrol and DC Devices in Substations, Reticulation in the Electricity Delivering Field Services for Eskom. He brings aggressive leadership and organizational building skills to the business.

S S Hadebeis a Marketing & HR Director of Izingodla Engineering (Pty) Ltd. She is a qualified Marketing Manager with 5 years experience in the Marketing field. She has worked at Old Mutual as assistant marketing manager in the PFA department. Two years of those 5 years she has worked as a marketing manager for one of the well established Electrical Engineering Company. She was managing communication between company and clients, Co-ordinating events, advertising, PR and securing and maintaining relationships with clients like Eskom, DRA, Rand Water, Johannesburg Water, various municipalities in different provinces, private companies and other various mines. She is bringing a women feel in the company and ensuring that the company expands in teams of business development and to ensure professionalism in our everyday business conduct.

K Mattheus, Pr Eng is an Executiveoperations strategist; he has 23 years in Electrical Engineering field. He has extensive experience in the Generation, Transmission and Distribution scope of Power System protection. Under the Generation sector: Hydro Electric and gas turbine, under the Transmission sector: he has worked on systems up to 132kV, including system stability equipment such as Reactors and Static VAR compensators. Under the Distribution sector: from substations through to reclosers, sectionalisers and fusing philosophies. He has extensive knowledge off all aspects of Power System Protection, Design, settings calculations, commissioning, system fault analysis utilizing system data recording software, etc. Another one of my functions as a senior protection technician was to project manage entire substation installation and commissioning, including costing, system integration, time management, etc. He has worked predominantly on substation commissioning of phase 3 protection relaying equipment with regards to pre-installation, set-up and commissioning. Relays were dealt with from the following manufacturers: ABB, SEL, REYROLLE, EBERLE, SIEMENS, ASEA, KOKOS and GE.

SM Jantjies, Pr Eng is a Director of Operations and Planningat Izingodla Engineering. He heads our planning and design function and provides advisory in business strategy and finance. He is a registered professional engineer with business and financial savvy. His experience is in the utilities sector and Investment banking. He has been involved in Reticulation and Sub-Transmission Planning, Overhead line designs, Underground Cable Network Designs, and Transmission Projects Management. He was a Network Development Planner and a Project Engineer at Eskom Distribution (Southern Region), Senior Engineer at City Power (JHB) and a Project Manager at Eskom CED(Transmission: PDP Northern Grid Projects).He has developed highly proficient skills in most Planning and Design tools utilised in South Africa. His passion for Techno-Economic business solutions has led him to a career in Investment Banking in one of South Africa’s largest Investment Banks after training in London at one of the leading global Investment Bank in the UK.

M Simmonsis a manager of Technical Specialised Group. He has 18 years of experience in the Electrical Maintenance industry and has built up an enviable client base, network and reputation in the sector. He has been closely involved in many initiatives within the industry and has successfully led the Field Services Divisions a well known company in the sector. His passion for transformers and related components has made him one of the top advisors in the industry. Originally trained in the retail sector he has been able to swing around his knowledge, education and experience to focus only on the Electrical Services requirements of Industry and the Mining sector.

Elvis Ntuliholds the position of being an IT director, with great experience in the IT Industry. Elvis has qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Business Finance Degree and an Honours Degree in Information Systems. Elvis has been mainly focused on the business analyses and project management of IT projects. Elvis has consulted mainly in the banking industry for top South African banks such as Nedbank and First National Bank. Elvis has great experience working and consulting with international IT companies. Elvis has also been involved in other technological areas such as Website Design and Networking.
