The AOT Group has recognised a need to better identify free Wi-Fi internet as a distinct selling point for customers, inbound clients, travel agents and Government agencies. More and more properties around the world are adopting free Wi-Fi and the AOT Group has decided that we will now actively highlight those properties that feature free Wi-Fi or free internet to assist our client partners and customers in their purchasing decision.We would encourage you, if you do not have Free Wi-Fi or Free Broadband/Wired Internet to consider offering it free as a bonus offer based on a minimum stay.

Free Wi-Fi Internet or Free Wired Internet means exactly that, it is FREE and that there is no charge. For example, FREE does not mean that the Wi-Fi internet is free for the first 20 minutes and then the guest has to pay after that, in that case it would be Pay Wi-Fi internet. This is very important as the AOT Group does not want to falsely advertise something as being FREE when it is not.
