Objective: A Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision will provide me with the knowledge and skills to be an effective, proactive school administrator.

Objective: My short- and medium-term goals will provide me with the knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experiences to prepare for a school leadership position as a principal.

1.  Update/Revise a quality portfolio of doctoral work and administrative leadership experiences.
2.  Seek leadership roles in the school community.
3.  Improve knowledge of ISLLC standards
