For complete application PROCESSING and approval, a SIGNED copy of the application for each applicant must be delivered via email, fax or in person. Final acceptance will be delivered as soon as possible, and will be sent with an expiration date. Upon acceptance of your application; the lease will not be initiated or executed without payment of security deposit and any additional information or documentation required as a contingency for approval and lease execution.
