1.APOLOGIES: The Vice Chairman, Cllr Bush and Burns gave apologies which were relayed to the meeting.

There were no declarations to declare on this occasion.
3TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 10TH JANUARY, 2017: Cllr CoxPROPOSED acceptance of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 10th January,2017, Cllr Hill seconded. IT WAS AGREED.
4.RESOLUTION TO ADJOURN THE MEETING FOR UP TO 15 MINUTES FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK ON MATTERS RELATING TO BUSINESS BEING TRANSACTED AT THIS MEETING: No members of the Public were present.
5.TO COMMENT ON THE FOLLOWING PLANNING APPLICATIONS:

(a)CHANGES TO PLANNING SERVICES FROM 1ST APRIL 2017 – RESPONSE FROM NORTH WALSHAM TOWN COUNCIL: After discussion Cllr Cox PROPOSED to defer items (a) and (b) to Full Council for a decision, seconded by Cllr Ashcroft. IT WAS AGREED. Cllr Gooch abstained.
(b)CHANGES TO PLANNING SERVICES FROM 1ST APRIL 2017 – RESPONSE FROM ADVANTAGE TECHNOLOGIES LTD: The item was deferred to the next Full Council meeting.
(c)REQUEST FROM PEGASUS GROUP FOR SHERINGHAM TOWN COUNCIL TO COMMENT ON PROPOSED FLOODLIGHTING AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS INSTALLATION AT SHERINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL AND SIXTH FORM CENTRE, HOLT ROAD, SHERINGHAM: Cllr Gooch PROPOSED STC writes to Pegasus Group that STC has no objections to seek appropriate negotiations with Sheringham High School for proposed floodlighting and telecommunications installation, seconded by Cllr Ashcroft. IT WAS AGREED.
7. REPRESENTATION OF STC’S COMMENTS AT THE NEXT NNDC DEVELOPMENT CONTROL MEETING: There were no comments for The Chairman to Represent STC at the next NNDC Development Control meeting.
