Position: Manpower Planner

Location: Aberdeen

Allocates the correct level of FSE resource to Northern Europe and International service jobs, projects and internal training programs.

Key responsibilities;

·  Allocates the correct level of manpower from the UK and Norway FSE pool to support NE and International service jobs matching skill and project length requirements

·  Liaises with FSE Training department to allocate FSEs onto internally organized training programs

·  Effectively allocates FSE resource to maximize cost efficiency

·  Maintains an updated manpower planning system which accurately reflects the location and availability of every UK based FSE

·  Liaises with peers across EMEA region to resource service jobs in the most cost effective manner

·  Liaises with peers in Western Region & APAC to share FSE resource where appropriate

·  Maintains the Oracle business system with correct, updated information on manpower allocation

·  Responds quickly to any requests for manpower support from Operations and proactively communicates any issues or changes

·  Works with the manpower Admin team to ensure updated training records are maintained

·  Promotes and supports the Company’s LEAD program at all levels in the business.

Ensures own and others’ compliance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Candidates wishing to be considered for this position should have the following qualifications/experience:

·  Good level of Microsoft Office and Excel.

·  Experience with Oracle preferred.

·  Good organizational skills.

·  Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

·  Previous experience of at least 3 years working in a logistics role.

·  Computer literacy to at least an intermediate standard.

·  Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to deal effectively with conflict.

·  Communicates clearly

·  Decisive and able to demonstrate an understanding of cost analysis

·  Takes full responsibility for completion of own objectives.

·  Supports and assists colleagues – team player.

·  Flexible approach to working hours.

·  Works with minimal supervision.

·  Driving license and passport.

·  Monthly travel to Aberdeen and Norway and other NE facilities
