Email entry will be accepted on condition that the email contains a completed tournament entry form and the email and all monies due are received by the Director, Blayney Table Tennis by 5pm 10 November 2017. Entries received after 5pm on 10 November 2017 may not be accepted (a $20 late fee will apply if accepted).

NOTE: Your entry may not be accepted if you are not one of the first 64 players to enter.

E-mail entries sent to will be acknowledged by return e-mail once payment is received. The entrant is responsible for ensuring the entry has been received and has been accepted into the tournament.
