BASIC ALL-AMERICAN SCHOLAR RULES
1. An All-American candidate must be a current active participant in the calendar year.
2. Use every grading period (Trimester, 4 quarters, etc.) – DO NOT USE SCHOOL AVERAGE GRADES
3. Once the All American Form is completed and turned in it is considered locked – DO NOT ADD ANY ITEMS TO THE FORM DO NOT ALTER THE FORM
4. Please do not retype the All American Forms – OK to receive them messy
5. Association Contact Person must be listed ONLY – DO NOT insert the Regional or League Scholastic Director
6. Insert the current grade the All American scholar is currently in and attach previous year’s report card
7. Do Not include Sports on the Addendum
8. Be thorough – tell us everything
9. Signatures are required from the Parent and Player prior to submitting – A MUST
10. Must Attach Addendum – If the addendum is blank with the player’s name on it, the form is considered complete
11. Currently ONLY 8th grade and higher scholars are eligible for scholarships
12. Grading System by nationals is only known to Nationals
13. Team level recognitions you are awarding to your Regional Scholars may not be awarded at the same levels that the scholars are awarded at the National level
14. Once a scholar has won the top prize at the National level the scholar is no longer eligible to win it again
