The manager's evaluation is sent directly to a senior member of the Board of Directors.
Your name on the form is optional, but encouraged. Your evaluations are used as a major part of the selection of managers and coaches by Vienna Little League for fall and spring baseball seasons. All responses are held in the strictest confidence.
