Thank you for participating in the Annual SLO Wine Country Association’s Rockin Harvest on November 2nd! We have over 60 local wineries, restaurants, and exhibitors participating in this year’s event and Fialta will perform with special guests the CrushTones (our very own winemaker's band!).

Mark Your Calendar
If you haven’t already, please mark your calendar for Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 11-3 pm at Avila Beach Golf Resort.
Vendor Registration
Vendor registration begins at 8:00 am and ends promptly at 10:00 am. Any unoccupied booths after 10:30 a.m. are converted into water stations.
Parking
You will receive a parking pass when you arrive at the event. When you arrive, volunteers will help unload your vehicle and take your product and supplies to your booth while you park. Please wear comfortable shoes, you will walk from vendor parking to the event.
Event Passes
You are allowed TWO staff event passes. You will receive those once you register onsite.
Electricity
Electricity is not available – please plan accordingly.
Supplies
We provide an 8’ table, linens, and signage that you will share with a Winery. Guests receive plates and wineglasses when they arrive which they carry with them. We ask that you provide tastes for 800 people, napkins, forks, serving and heating dishes, and if your dish requires individual soufflé dishes please provide those – SLO Wine Country Association will not have any onsite.
Table Décor & Dress
This year’s theme is once again a Rockin’ Harvest– we encourage you to rock out with your table decorations but dressing up is not mandatory! Pick a genre, an album, an artist and make the most of it – we encourage a great time with this!
