Supplier selection conditions
1. Potential supplier
- Able to supply at least one model of Mobile phones and/or Tablet PC
- Provision of test samples within the period prior to supplier selection

2. Service
- Service Center with coverage on the whole territory of Kazakhstan – a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase
3. Model of payment for each purchased lot
- Credit line (payment of all invoices shall be effected once per month by the fifteenth day of the month in which the delivery took place, provided however that the Goods Handover Certificates are signed).
