Essential

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office
  • Educated to degree level with extensive experience in working at a senior and planning level in managing the people function in a multi-site retail business
  • Has learning and development experience and ideally qualified CIPD
  • Demonstrates awareness, diplomacy, sensitivity and empathy with the issues of disability and independence
  • Demonstrates an organisational leadership perspective with an open outlook and proven track record of working across boundaries
