Agreement: I understand that:

1. The work that I submit will be insured against possible loss or damage from the time of delivery to the office of the Staff Association until pick-up. The OAS General Secretariat and the OAS Staff Association assume no responsibility for work left beyond the pick-up time and date (Monday, November 27, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.), or for payments for loss or damage beyond (a) the coverage provided by the OAS General Secretariat insurance, or (b) the sale price or estimated value indicated above, whichever is less.

2. The entry fee will only be returned to me if none of the works submitted with this application is selected for the exhibition.

3. I will pay the OAS Staff Association a commission of 20% for any work sold during the exhibit. Any such sale will be made directly by me to the buyer and any applicable sales tax will be my sole responsibility.

Note: Any profits left after deducting from the amounts collected by the Staff Association for entry fees and sales commission the expenses incurred by the OAS Staff Associations in connection with the exhibit will be used as a seed fund for future exhibits.

Each piece of artwork submitted must have a label firmly attached in an inconspicuous place (for framed work, preferably in the back). You may use the following labels or make your own, provided that they include the required information.
